Foldcard is licensed, not sold, to you by Officeball for use under Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies except where this page adds to it.

Your content

Decks you create or import are yours. Foldcard makes no claim to them, never transmits them, and does not host or distribute anyone's decks. You are responsible for having the right to use the material you import.

The purchase

"Unlimited Decks" is a one-time purchase that removes the three-deck limit and enables the card editor. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any device you sign in with. Refunds are handled by Apple.

No warranty

Foldcard is provided as is. It is a study aid, and it is your responsibility to keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, Officeball is not liable for lost study data.

Trademarks

Anki is a trademark of its respective owner. Foldcard is an independent app, is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anki or AnkiWeb, and includes no code from them. It reads a documented file format, which is not a derivative work.
